Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on bras or bralettes that have been worn or had tags removed, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

To start a return or exchange, contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days, or we'll send your exchange right away.

Received a damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
